फूल खिले हैं गुलशन गुलशन १९७२ से लेकर १९९३ तक दूरदर्शन पर प्रसारित होने वाला एक लोकप्रीय भारतीय टेलिविज़न कार्यक्रम था।[1] इसमें तबस्सुम (जो पहले हिन्दी फ़िल्मों में बाल कलाकार रही थीं) बॉलीवुड की फ़िल्मी हस्तियों और टेलिविज़न अभिनेताओं-अभिनेत्रियों से बातचीत किया करती थीं।[2] इस कार्यक्रम में तबस्सुम और मेहमान के बीच बातचीत और फ़िल्मों के अंशों को मिलाकर दिखाया जाता था। १९८० के दशक में यह विज्ञापकों के लिए एक बड़े टेलिविज़न दर्शक समुदाय तक अपने इश्तेहार पहुँचवाने के गिनती के कार्यक्रमों में से एक माना जाता था।[3]
