चाँदा (protractor) एक औजार है जो कोण नापने या कोण बनाने के काम आता है। यह प्रायः वर्गाकार, वृत्ताकार या अर्धवृत्ताकार होता है और पारदर्शी प्लास्टिक का बना होता है। चाँदे अनेकों प्रकार के यांत्रिक एवं तकनीकी कार्यों में प्रयुक्त होते हैं किन्तु इनका सबसे आम उपयोग स्कूलों में ज्यामिति से सम्बन्धित निर्मांण में होता है।
