भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वे के पटना मण्डल में उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार दोनों के कुछ क्षेत्र सम्मिलित हैं। यहाँ इस मडल में भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वे द्वारा राष्ट्रीय महत्त्व के घोषित स्मारकों की सूची है। यहाँ पटना मण्डल के केवल वे ही स्मारक दिए गये हैं जो उत्तर प्रदेश के अन्दर आते हैं।
