बर्मी स्वतंत्रता धिनियम, १९४७ यूनाइटेड किंगडम की संसद का एक अधिनियम था जिसने बर्मा (अब म्यांमार) को स्वतंत्रता प्रदान की। इस अधिनियम को 10 दिसंबर 1947 को शाही स्वीकृति मिली। बर्मा संघ 4 जनवरी 1948 को राष्ट्रमंडल के बाहर एक स्वतंत्र गणराज्य के रूप में अस्तित्व में आया।
