वायसराय की कार्य-परिषद
वायसराय की कार्य-परिषद (Viceroy's Executive Council) ब्रिटिश भारत सरकार की कैबिनेट थी जिसके अध्यक्ष भारत के गवर्नर जनरल होते थे। १८६१ के इण्डियन काउंसिल अधिनियम के द्वारा यह परिषद सलाहकार समिति से एक कैबिनेट में बदल दी गयी।

संपादित करेंOn 8 August 1940, the Viceroy Lord Linlithgow made a proposal called the August Offer which expanded the Executive Council to include more Indians.

संपादित करेंAs per the Cabinet Mission Plan, the Executive Council was expanded to consist of only Indian members except the Viceroy and the Commander-in-Chief. This formed the Interim Government of India.
