I don't need special adjustment for Hindi Wikipedia, except language which I'm learning, but you still need to learn lots of things. I never ask admins to give me any privileges, they always see my work and give these facilities, which for me have no special value [other than some extra tools], as I think myself a regular user. I never asked any special right on English Wikipedia, but I've reviewer, rollback, file mover (being a first 20 users who got this right on whole Wikipedia community, excluding admins) and autopatrol; and I may also gain same on at least three other Wikis on the basis of my record, but as I said, this has never been my motive. :::interesting, dude, i am not playing with Wikimedia policies. If i want, i can delete all the nonsense on hi wiki in a sec, but hi wiki is totally different. See the rohit case, a admin do not know the derivatives policy, see rajivmass, admin is making sockpuppets, and what no goes here. a single man does 99% admin actions. personal attacks are done continuously, senior users places users comment on main space (see [[देवनागरी अंक#विकिपीडिया पर संपादन संबंधी समस्याएं]]). That is why one day i said mayur to take all my flags, u can't predict, anything can happen here. ::::Vibhijain, this is not about people who are making mistakes, this is about how much you learn from these instances. You can't give any possible excuse for not following core policies of Wikimedia. If someone is doing erroneous work, then it doesn't give you authority to do same. I don't care what Rohit and Rajivmass have done, and I eulogize what Mayur is doing. Is it really a point of frustration if you can't predict what may happen here. I'm not good in Hindi but still try to do my best, even taking advice of Anirudh and Dinesh I try to use Hindi on ''chopal''. Am I frustrated? No, because I accept my weak points and shortcomings, which I'm asking you to do same. Learn policies and guidelines and employ them in all possible cases, because this is the only way we [Hindi Wikipedia] can get success in our motive.
