All Administrators of Hindi Wikipedia are involved and particularly (1) Rajiv Mass (2) Purnima Varman and (3) Manish Vashistha confirmed. Other three are in line of confirmation.
Rajiv Mass has opend dummy account in name of Ravi Jain on Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, English and many languages with IP 124.124.36.4 of Rajiv Mass and harassing other members on many languages.

कृपया ध्यान रखें । उपरोक्त मेसेज में जो जैन की लीन्क दी गयी उस लीन्कने सभी प्रबंधकोका मुह काला कर दीया है । उस लीन्क को कम से कम दो यहां से अन्य ओर लगता है एक थाईलेन्ड ओर दुसरा ग्रेट ब्रीटन का प्रबन्धक है । उन्होंने पुरा छान बीन कर के मुजे मेसेज भेजा है ओर उनकी सुचना मुताबीक में व्हीकेव्होरा यहां लीख रहां हुं । उस लीन्क को आप भी देख सकते हैं । उसमें सही रवी जैन की है । उसको पोस्ट १२४-१२४ आईपी से कीया गया है । मेरे को मेसेज भेजने वाले दोनो अलग अलग प्रबंधकने मेसेज में लीखा है रीलेटेडेड टु राजीव मास कनफर्मड ।
