'''राष्ट्रीय अंटार्कटिक एवं समुद्री अनुसंधान केंद्र''' (National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research / एनसीएओआर) भारतीय ध्रुवीय (आर्कटिक, अंटार्कटिक और दक्षिणी महासागर) कार्यक्रम को समन्वित करने और लागू करने वाली केंद्रीय एजेंसी है। [[भारत]] में यह एकमात्र ऐसा संस्थान है जिसके पास ध्रुवीय प्रदेशों से हिमखंड के संग्रहण और प्रसंस्करण की क्षमता है। अब तक भारत सफलतापूर्वक अंटार्कटिका के लिए 30 वैज्ञानिक अभियानों और आर्कटिक तथा दक्षिणी महासागर प्रत्येक के लिए पांच अभियानों को प्रारंभ कर चुका है। एनसीएओआर की स्थापना २५ मई, १९९८ में डॉ.
