Currently working on 'hindi-fying' the user interface. There are multiple versions of translations some in the .php file which can only be put in production by developers and others in the name space which can be worked on by administrators. need to standaradize. Need to fix as per Angelas's Comment :

If you use the Allmessages page instead, you will see the current version of each message.
