'''रुपशू''' (Rupshu) [[भारत]] के [[जम्मू और कश्मीर]] राज्य के [[लद्दाख़]] क्षेत्र के दक्षिणपूर्वी भाग में स्थित एक ऊँचा [[पठार]] व [[घाटियों]] का एक भूखण्ड है। यह [[त्सो मोरीरी]] (झील) से 20 किमी से लेकर 50 किमी पश्चिमोत्तर में विस्तृत है। रुपशू की ऊँचाई 4,500 से 5,500 मीटर के बीच है। यहाँ के अधिकतर निवासी [[चांगपा]] हैं। त्सो कार नामक [[खारी झील]] भी इसी क्षेत्र में है। अगल-अलग स्रोत रुपशू की भौगोलिक परिभाषा पृथक देते हैं। कुछ के अनुसार यह पश्चिम में [[लेह-मनाली राजमार्ग]] से लेकर पूर्व में त्सो मोरीरी तक है, जिसमें [[चांगथंग]] पठारी क्षेत्र का लद्दाख़ में आने वाला इलाका भी शामिल है। त्सो मोरीरी के किनारे बसा हुआ [[करज़ोक]] रुपशू क्षेत्र की मुख्य बस्ती है।<ref>"[https://books.google.com/books?id=C4tPAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA68 The Earth and Its Inhabitants, Volume 7]," Elisée Reclus, D.
