नेपाल में '[[नेपाल का संविधान-2015]] लागू है। नेपाल में बरसों के राजनैतिक उथल-पुथल और हिंसक संघर्षो के बाद २० सितंबर २०१५ को नया संविधान लागू हो गया। इसने [[नेपाल का अंतरिम संविधान-2007]] की जगह ली है। अनिवार्य अवधि में एक संविधान का निर्माण करने में पहली संविधान सभा की विफलता के बाद दूसरी संविधान सभा के द्वारा यह संविधान तैयार किया गया था।<ref name="Time"> Time Magazine {{cite web | url=http://time.com/4037788/nepal-constitution-sushil-koirala-protests-madhesi-tharu/ | title=Nepal Has Finally Passed a New Constitution After Years of Political Turmoil| accessdate= September 2015}}</ref>
