Broadly we had divided our objective into following goals:
* To conduct a refresher session about Policy Rules for Future Maintainers: Objective achieved
* To conduct a training session to impart skills for Maintenance and Management of Wikipedia to existing members who have been limited primarily to editing only.: Objective achieved
* To impart technical training (RTRC, Twinkle and other tools) & mutual knowledge sharing to enhance skills of existing Maintainers (reviewer, rollbacker, manager, administrator etc.): Objective achieved
* Socialize with community members and equip editor members technically to be promoted to Reviewers, Rollbackers and Sysop.: Objective achieved
* If time allows, a training session on automated tools about AutoWikiBrowser and PyWikiBot is also planned.: Objective achieved partly since we could cover only AWB.
* Jaipur is a historical city. A photowalk will also be arranged on the sidelines of this workshop. Participants will be trained on how to add/utilize photographs in their articles.: Objective achieved partly due to lack of time and many of the participants had to leave to their destination on the very same day.

* One of the prime objectives of this technical workshop was to '''impart skills for Maintenance and Management''' of Wikipedia to existing members who have been limited primarily to editing only.out of 16 participants 3 were admins of Hindi wikipedia and 13 were seasoned wikimedians, who have skills above a beginner but are not raised to the level of autopatrolled or reviewer.A full session regarding this was conducted and community strongly hopes to get 3 autopatrolled ,Rollbackers and reviewer in near future.
* another objective of this workshop is to '''engage more members towards maintenance aspect''' :few of the participants who were reluctant to engage themselves towards maintenance and preferred to be editors,were also convinced and showed interest in the maintenance tasks.
* to increase the quality of the articles and lessen the burden on existing maintainers.:

*Since this technical meet was first of its kind for Hindi wikipedia we tried to set fairly reasonable targets but to our surprise we achieved and surpassed those targets and many new topics were covered along with the proposed topics.Thanks to the enthusiasm of fellow wikipedians ,the meeting for first day started at 10am and continued till 3 am in night ,a marathon 17 hours (except the lunch breaks)second day also it lasted from 9am till 6pm in continuation.

*What worked well?
# We as organizers succeed in bringing admins/experts and seasoned wikipedians on common platform ,moreover representatives from CIS (India) and Language committee member also joined us along with few Punjabi wikimedians who promised to contribute more on Hindi wikipedia after this meet.
# Most of the topics proposed by the experts were covered.The place for stay and conference was in the same premises hence helped to save a lot of time.All the listeners and participants were eager to learn and worked hard for it for 17 hrs in continuation.
# Enthusiasm and eagerness of the participants to learn, proved to be a boost to presenter and organizers,which was reflected in the feedback '''here'''
# thanks to the wifi provided by the hotel and hotspots from mobile worked like a charm.
# one of the long standing topics of hindi wikipedia about the introduction devnagri numerals instead of indo-arabic numerals gained momentum and the community agreed to implement it in general ,except in articles involving Mathematical calculations since there is technical problem in it.
*What did not work so well?
# The only regret was,we didnt get ample time for the proposed photowalk.Though the time of photowalk was consumed by healthy discussion,its worth.
# Extension power cords for 16 laptops proved to be a hassle in early hours of first day,though it got sorted out later.hence this should be kept in mind for future programs.
*What would you do differently next time?
# Try to keep separate day dedicated for photowalk.
# try to keep it a 3 day workshop since in a 2 day workshop many of the participants try to leave in the evening of the second day hence the resultant is one and half day discussions.
# though each sitting was of atleast 4 hours it wasnt felt due to enthusiasm of participants,still we would like to conduct sessions in 2 hrs slots and 15 min break ,so as to avoid fatigue.
