According to [http://www.dict.hinkhoj.com/words/meaning-of-VILLA-in-hindi.html Hinkhoj], VILLA means देहाती बँगला, so a simple translation will be वोल्टा का देहाती बँगला (Volta ka dehati bangla). Since contextually it refers to amusement site which is haunted, it could also be वोल्टा का भूतिया बँगला (Volta ka bhutiya bangla).
