My TM teacher requested that I never repeat my mantra to anyone, so. whenWhen my children were ready to learn to meditate, I taught them the well-known "Om", and began to use that mantra myself. Later I learned that Om as connected to Ganesha, and made the Ganesha-elephant out of svg files on wikimedia commons. I added symbols from other religions so that Christians, Moslems, Jews, (andpeople others)of all other religions would feel comfortable meditating to this elephant.
