I am just trying to tell you that 'this right' will serve (almost) no purpose; neither for you nor for Hindi community, except that "your edits" would not be needed to be checked. You will not be able to "Mark" other editors' contributions "as patrolled".
::I would suggest our admins to consider to give "rollbacker" rights (and not to ask for applying for the third time!!). That would be more fruitful as the edits rollbacked will not be needed to checked.
