: एक ओर अच्छे राज्य और अच्छे समाज के सिद्धान्तों की तटस्थ तलाश और दूसरी ओर राजनीतिक तथा सामाजिक यथार्थ की तटस्थ खोज का संयोग है।
Before making any law, it is always better to invite comments and suggestions from the public or interested stakeholders.
And the most important thing, to frame any law is not only the job of government, it is the government which is solely responsible for proper implementation of the same.
It can be noticed that implementation of few laws were great failure of government.
One of them is Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Act. 2019
