==जीवन परिचय==
शकील अहमद खान का जन्म बिहार के कटिहार जिले के काबर कोठी गांव में हुआ था। शकील अहमद खान की प्राथमिक शिक्षा पुश्तैनी गांव में हुई जिसके बाद इन्होंने पटना विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की। उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए ये दिल्ली 1988 में दिल्ली आ गए, जहां जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय से इन्होंने एम.ए., एम.फिल. और पीएच.डी की डिग्री हासिल की।
