'''बोको हराम''' [[नाईजीरिया|नाइजीरिया]] में स्थित एक संगठन है, जिसका आतंक उत्तरी अफ्रीका के देशों में है। इस संगठन को इस्लामिक स्टेट्स ऑफ वेस्ट अफ्रीका प्रांर्विस (आइएसडब्लूएपी) के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। [[चाड]] और [[कैमरुन]] देश भी इसके निशाने पर आ चुके है।१८/०२/२०१८ की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार आत्मघाती हमलावरों ने नाइजीरिया के राज्य बोर्नो के शहर मीदुगुरी के स्थानीय बाज़ार में लोगों के बीच स्वयं को धमाके से उड़ा दिया। एक के बाद दूसरे तीन आत्मघाती हमलों से क्षेत्र थर्रा उठा और लोग चीख़ व पुकार करने लगे, धमाकों के बाद मार्केट में भगदड़ मच गयी और लोग जान बचाने के लिए सुरक्षित ठिकानों की तलाश में लग गये।
