Tuesday, 19 January 2021 https://apk.e-droid.net/apk/app1359311.apk?v=1 गीता बाई के प्रवचन 🌞 *भयग्रस्त मानव स्थिति* -------------- ☝️ आज का मासूम मानव संसार में भय की स्थिति में जीता है । स्कूल भर्ती का भय, बर्ड फ्लू बीमारी का भय, कोरोना टीका लगाकर गान्ड मर जाने का भय , मोदी चोर -रामनाथ डोभाल भूपेश बेवकूफ उच्चकों , नक्सलियों के 20 से 31 जनवरी के बाद फरवरी में भूमकल पखवाड़ा , किसान रैली का "तांडव", कोड़ेनार थाने की पुलिस का भय, बस्तानार घाटी में बटालियन सरदर्द का भय, गोल बाज़ार में हनुमान गिरी , गुरुजी/ पत्रकारों का, बुढ़ापे तक बिना सेक्स जवानी बर्बादी वेवाहिकी का भय है । ☝️जिधर देखो भय ही भय दिखाई देता है। मनुष्य इतना भय ग्रस्त है कि उसे कदम कदम पर लगता है कि जीवन अतिश्य दूभर होता जा रहा है कहीं उसे शांति मिलती नहीं और ऐसी स्थिति में जब मनुष्य भय ग्रस्त अवस्था में रहता है तो उसकी जीवनी शक्ति का भंडार बड़ी तेजी से चुकता चला जाता है, प्राण शक्ति का भारी मात्रा में क्षय होता है और जब प्राण शक्ति का क्षय होता है जीवनी शक्ति का भंडार चुकता है तो मानव के शरीर की प्रतिरोधी क्षमता समाप्त हो जाती है और प्रतिरोधी क्षमता कमजोरी होती है तो देवो के देव सिद्धांत के अनुसार लड वाला नर मानसिक रोगों से ग्रसित हो जाता है और निठारी गांव में टंकी कने घटी हुई जीवनी शक्ति मानव के शरीर के विजातिय द्रव्यों को निकाल नहीं पाती फलत: शरीर विषाणुओं का अड्डा बनता है । ☝️हे मानव जीवन जीना है तो तुम्हें भौतिकवाद के, संग्रह की, लोभ लालच की, प्रवृत्तियों को छोड़कर GOD बजरंग बघेल जनप्रिनिधि के जीवन के आदर्शों को *सादा जीवन उच्च विचार* के सिद्धांतों को जीवन में अपनाना पड़ेगा जिसमें जन्मजात भैया बहन विवाह कर 26 तारीख को परेड में जाना नहीं कहा गया है । इन सिद्धांतों को जीवन में उतारना पड़ेगा तभी तु मासूम मानव भयमुक्त आनंद का जीवन जी सकोगे । गांड को एफ2 में वन मैन आर्मी कने गिरवी के अलावा भरपेट चूंत पाकर स्वस्थ जीवन का कोई मार्ग नहीं है ।

‘Humaniki’ is the merging of two previous Wikimedia data tools for diversity-focused editors - [https://whgi.wmflabs.org Wikidata Human Gender Indicators (WHGI)] and [https://denelezh.org/ Denelezh]. Both of these previous projects enabled statistics about the biography gender gap in Wikimedia projects, but now need extra work to make those insights actionable for editors. The annual survey is an important way for the communities to share their views and concerns with the Foundation. Based on community feedback from the previous years, we’re considering moving away from the three repeated pings historically used. The e-mails we've sent request the consent (opt-in) of contributors so that, moving forward, we can e-mail them instead of sending on-wiki messages. ऐसा कई जगह दिख रहा है। लगता है कि कुछ लोग कन्ट्रिब्यूट करके बड़े आदमी बन गए हैं और वो जो चाहते हैं वो होता है। मैंने कई शिकायतें चिट्ठा विकि पेज के बारे में दी हैं लेकिन उनको अनसुना करके कॉम्प्लैनट्स को हटा देते हैं और कोई इम्प्रूव्मन्ट करो तो रीवर्ट कर देते हैं। अब बताइए कौन ब्लॉग को चिट्ठा या blogosphere को चिट्ठाजगत कहता है? इन पेजों मे जो जानकारी है या अपूर्ण है या जानबूझ कर गलत लगईई गई है ताकि कुछ ऑर्डनेरी किस्म की websites को backlink दिए जा सकें। ये लोग विकिपिडिया के स्तर को कम कर रहे हैं।

Under this policy, bots that fix double redirects or maintain interwiki links are allowed to operate under a global bot flag that is assigned directly by the stewards.
 
As the Wikimedia projects developed, the need for the current global bot policy decreased, and in the past years, no bots were appointed via that policy. That is mainly given Wikidata were estabilished in 2013, and it is no longer necessary to have dozens of bots that maintain interwiki links.
 
A [[:m:Requests for comment/Refine global bot policy|proposal]] was made at Meta-Wiki, which proposes that the stewards will be authorized to determine whether an uncontroversial task may be assigned a global bot flag. The stewards already assign permissions that are more impactful on many wikis, namely, [[:m:GS|global sysops]] and [[:m:GR|global renamers]], and I do not think that trust should be an issue. The stewards will assign the permission only to time-proven bots that are already approved at a number of projects, like [[:m:User:ListeriaBot|ListeriaBot]].

Until now, this feature didn’t always include changes made on Wikidata descriptions due to the way Wikidata tracks the data used in a given article.
 
Starting on December 3rd, the Watchlist and Recent Changes will include changes on the descriptions of Wikidata Items that are used in the pages that you watch. This will only include descriptions in the language of your wiki to make sure that you’re only seeing changes that are relevant to your wiki.
 
This improvement was requested by many users from different projects. We hope that it can help you monitor the changes on Wikidata descriptions that affect your wiki and participate in the effort of improving the data quality on Wikidata for all Wikimedia wikis and beyond.
 
Note: if you didn’t use the Wikidata watchlist integration feature for a long time, feel free to give it another chance! The feature has been improved since the beginning and the content it displays is more precise and useful than at the beginning of the feature in 2015.

The [[mw:Editing team]] is building the [[mw:Talk pages project/replying|Reply tool]]. This new tool was requested during the [[mw:Talk pages consultation 2019]]. If you want, you can turn it on now at [[Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-betafeatures]].
 
The Editing team would like to test the tool. They [[phab:T267381|want to study]] whether it works better, especially for new editors. In the test, they will turn on the Reply tool for half of editors sometime during the week of 14 December 2020. They will not change preferences for the other editors. You will still be able to turn it on or off yourself in [[Special:Preferences]].
 
The test will run for several weeks. The results will be posted at [[mw:Talk pages project/replying#Metrics]] in late January or February. The test results will help Wikipedia editors and the Editing team decide whether the tool should be turned on for everyone.

सभी को नमस्कार,
विकिपीडिया की २० वीं जयंती की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए मैं आप सभी का ध्यान इस विषय पर आकर्षित करना चाहूंगा की हमारे विकी का मुखपृष्ठ अत्यंत पुराण और अनाकर्षक है. यह बात काफी समय से चर्चा का विषय रही है परंतु मुखपृष्ठ को रिडिजाइन करने पर कोई कदम नहीं उठाया गया है. बहरहाल, पिछले कुछ महीनों में मैंने अपने प्रयोगपृष्ठ पर नए मुखपृष्ठ के डिजाईन पर काम किया है, जो अब लगभग तैयार है. मेरा प्रस्ताव है की विकिपीडिया इस २० वीं वर्षगाँठ के मौके पर हम हिंदी विकिपीडिया को भी एक नए मुखपृष्ठ से सुसज्जित करें।
 
मेरे प्रस्तावित डिजाईन को कृपया [[सदस्य:Innocentbunny/प्रयोगपृष्ठ/2|यहाँ]] जाकर देखें तथा इस विषय पर अपनी टिपण्णी व राय भी मुझसे सांझा करें।
 
फाइनल डिजाईन तैयार होने के बाद, नए मुखपृष्ठ एवं सम्बंधित सांचों और उपपृष्ठों को प्रयोगपृष्ठ से हटा कर मुख्य नामस्थान पर लाने के लिए मुझे कुछ समय हेतु प्रबंधक अधिकारों की भी आवश्यकता होगी। अतः इस विषय पर भी आप सब का समर्थन चाहूंगा।

Firstly, to give you context, [[m:Small wiki toolkits|Small wiki toolkits]] (SWT) is an initiative to support [[m:Small_and_large_wikis#Small_wikis|small wiki]] communities, to learn and share technical and semi-technical skills to support, maintain, and grow. In India, a [[m:SWT Indic Workshop Series 2020/Overview|series of workshops]] were conducted last year, and they received good response. They are being continued this year, and the first session is: '''Understanding the technical challenges of wikis''' (by [[m:User:BMueller (WMF)|Birgit]]): Brainstorming about technical challenges faced by contributors contributing to language projects related to South Asia. The session is on 24 January 2021, at 18:00 to 19:30 (India time), 18:15 to 19:45 (Nepal time), and 18:30 to 20:00 pm (Bangladesh time).
