Usage

Administrators may use {{subst:BLP Spec Warn|1=Article|2=Specific BLP policy violated}} to final warn a user of BLP violations. They should be careful to cite a specific violation of BLP policy and where it occurred, so that the user may understand where they violated policy and what sort of behavior they must avoid in the future.
