This warning may only be applied to user talk pages by administrators.

Usage

Administrators may use {{subst:blpse4|1=Article|2=Reason}} to warn a user of BLP violations on articles subject to BLP Special Enforcement.
This template uses two parameters, both of which are required.
The template includes a warning that further edits in violation of the policy will result in blocking. In the case of particularly egregious or blatant violations, this template may serve as a final warning in advance of a block.
The template also discusses additional possible sanctions, such as topic bans and revert restrictions.
This template should always be Substituted.
This template may follow {{blpse3}}, which is intended for new users or editors who may be unfamiliar with BLP.
