Usage
संपादित करेंThis template transcludes a standardised citation to the Gaia data release 2 (DR2), using the {{cite journal}} template. This template should be used when incorporating DR2 data into articles immediately after they became publicly available on 25 April 2018. Using this template as the reference allows full bibliographic details to be added as they become available and update automatically across all articles.
An optional parameter creates a link to an individual DR2 entry in the VizieR database. This parameter is the 19-digit Gaia DR2 designation, seen in the database as "Gaia DR2 NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN".
