Usage

Template to use in place of {{cite journal}} as convenient and temporary fix for new IUCN urls. It takes the same parameters as {{cite journal}} and passes them to {{cite journal}} with modifications to the url. If an old style url is detected it is updated using the electronic page number to create the new url. If an old style url is not detected the parameters are passed unchanged and it should work identically to {{cite journal}}.

Background. The IUCN have changed the urls for their assessment reports. This means all references to these pages using {{cite journal}} or {{IUCN}} now give dead links. This template allows a quick fix while a better method is considered.
