Sockpuppetry case

A user has stated concerns that you may be misusing multiple accounts (see Wikipedia:Sock puppetry policy). Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/SPIusernotice for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page.

Changes

1. Name change: Socksuspectnotice to Puppet notice
2. Fixed the table.
3. If the user name associated with the talk page is the same name on the case, there will be no need to put a parameter in at all.
4. There is a parameter if one wants to specify if the case is a sock puppet or meat puppet case. If the |meat=1 parameter is used, the template will refer to meat puppetry instead. Also, sock puppetry is two words in this.
5. It will automagically sign the notice.

In short, this will make giving notice a little easier. Just post the template, it will do the rest in most cases. You can test it by adding {{subst:User:Lady Aleena/Puppet notice}} on a talk page.
