Parameters

• Venue - the venue you suggest to post the topic. Because this template is likely to be used to advise newer contributors, this should be the full name of the new forum, for example, Wikipedia:Help desk rather than WP:VPA.
• Name - your user name, to complete the necessary link.
• Additional text - adds additional optional text after "Venue"
