ह्यूमन राइट्स इन इस्लाम (इस्लाम में मानवाधिकार) [1] जमात-ए-इस्लामी के संस्थापक सैय्यद अबुल अला मौदूदी द्वारा 1976 में लिखी गई पुस्तक है। [2]
पुस्तक में, मौदूदी तर्क देते हैं कि मानवाधिकारों के लिए सम्मान हमेशा शरिया कानून में निहित रहा है (इन अधिकारों की जड़ें इस्लामी सिद्धांत में पाई जाती हैं) [3] और पश्चिमी धारणाओं की आलोचना करते हैं कि दोनों के बीच एक अंतर्निहित विरोधाभास है। [4]
