Usage:

{{subst:uw-t1-h|Article}} references a specific article

{{subst:uw-t1-h|Article|Additional text}} adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"

This template generates a new section named with current month and current year and then adds a vandalism warning identical to the {{Uw-test1}} template. See Template:Uw-test1 for more information.
In order for the section title to be generated properly, this template must be substituted using "subst:".
