उचित प्रक्रिया
उचित प्रक्रिया कानूनी की मामले से संबंधित सभी कानूनी नियमों और सिद्धांतों के राज्य द्वारा आवेदन है, इसलिए व्यक्ति के लिए बकाया सभी कानूनी अधिकारों का सम्मान किया जाता है।"[1] उचित प्रक्रिया देश के कानून की शक्ति को संतुलित करती है और व्यक्तिगत व्यक्ति को इससे बचाती है।[2]जब कोई सरकार कानून के सटीक पाठ्यक्रम का पालन किए बिना किसी व्यक्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाती है, तो यह उचित प्रक्रिया का उल्लंघन होता है, जो कानून के शासन का उल्लंघन करता है।[3]
