किज़िल (तूवी: Кызы́л, अंग्रेज़ी: Kyzyl) रूस के तूवा गणराज्य प्रांत की राजधानी है। तूवा साइबेरिया क्षेत्र में स्थित है और एशिया के महाद्वीप के ठीक बीच में (यानी भौगोलिक केंद्र) में होने के लिए मशहूर है।[1][2] सन् २०१० में हुई जनगणना के अनुसार इसकी आबादी १.१ लाख थी।

यह शहर येनिसेय नदी और माली येनिसेय नदी के संगम पर स्थित है (इस संगम के बाद नदी का नाम वेर्ख़्नी येनिसेय नदी हो जाता है)। किज़िल की स्थापना १९१४ में बेलोत्सार्स्क (Белоца́рск) के नाम से हुई थी, जो पहले १९१८ में बदलकर ख़ेम-बेल्दयिर (Хем-Белды́р) और फिर १९२६ में किज़िल रख दिया गया। तूवी भाषा और बहुत सी अन्य तुर्की भाषाओँ में 'किज़िल' शब्द का अर्थ 'लाल' (रंग) होता है।[3]
