Page Not Right

This page is not in Hindi. Please tell me how to add templates to a page. Please give me a link to a list of all templates. For this one i need two templates. Hello Satdeep gill, If somthing is wrong concerning the language of any page, please place the tag {{भाषा मसला}} upon it, but in this case there is too much English text, which needs to be deleted. --फ़ाराह् देसाईं खान^{वार्ता} 12:49, 13 अक्टूबर 2012 (UTC)
