मोहित धवन, एमडीएस (जन्म 04 जून 1984), चंडीगढ़ स्थित एक डेंटल सेंटर में प्रोस्थोडॉन्टिस्ट और इम्प्लांटोलॉजिस्ट हैं, जो मिनिमली इनवेसिव डेंटल इम्प्लांट सर्जरी और फुल माउथ रिहैबिलिटेशन में विशेषज्ञता रखते हैं। [1]

धवन बाबा फरीद स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय|बाबा फरीद यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ हेल्थ साइंसेज, फरीदकोट, पंजाब से स्नातक किया, पंडित भगवत दयाल शर्मा स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय से प्रोस्थोडॉन्टिक्स और इम्प्लांटोलॉजी में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री और रेडबौड यूनिवर्सिटी निज्मेजेन में ओरल इम्प्लांटोलॉजी में उन्नत प्रशिक्षण। [2] [3] [4] [5]

मोहित धवन के पास कई सदस्यताएँ हैं। वह इम्प्लांटोलॉजी की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय टीम के स्नातकोत्तर सदस्य हैं और एकेडमी ऑफ ओरल इंप्लांटोलॉजी के आजीवन सदस्य हैं। [6] [7] वे साउथ एशियन एकेडमी ऑफ ओसियोइंटीग्रेशन के आजीवन सदस्य और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका में एकेडमी ऑफ ओसियोइंटीग्रेशन के सक्रिय सदस्य भी हैं। [8]

प्रोस्थेटिक, इम्प्लांट डेंटिस्ट्री और फुल माउथ रिहैबिलिटेशन में उनके काम के लिए उन्हें यूरोपीय मेडिकल एसोसिएशन द्वारा स्वीकार किया गया है। क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय रोगियों द्वारा दंत चिकित्सा सेवाओं के लिए मेडिकल वीजा के लिए उनकी निजी प्रैक्टिस की मांग की जाती है।

मोहित धवन ने सीबीआई के पूर्व विशेष निदेशक राकेश अस्थाना, चंडीगढ़ के पूर्व डीजीपी तजिंदर सिंह लूथरा और अन्य पर पुलिस को प्रभावित कर उनके खिलाफ जबरन वसूली का मामला दर्ज करने का आरोप लगाया है. [15] [16] चंडीगढ़ सतर्कता विभाग मोहित द्वारा दायर शिकायत की जांच कर रहा है, जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया है कि उसके खिलाफ मामला राकेश अस्थाना से प्रभावित था और पुलिस ने जबरन वसूली, उत्पीड़न और फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार किए हैं। [17] [18] [19]

इसके अलावा, धवन ने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के एक फैसले को चुनौती दी है और भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायतों के आधार पर भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से पूर्व नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) के प्रमुख राकेश अस्थाना की जांच और आपराधिक मुकदमा चलाने के लिए कहा है। [20] [21] [22] [23] [24] [25]

जब अस्थाना दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त थे, तब धवन का चंडीगढ़ में जिला अदालत परिसर से अपहरण कर लिया गया था। उच्च न्यायालय ने अपहरण में शामिल पुलिस अधिकारियों के सीसीटीवी संरक्षण, कॉल और स्थान रिकॉर्ड का आदेश दिया। [26]

पंजाब और हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन को आदेश दिया है कि 8 पुलिस अधिकारियों समेत 11 लोगों के मोबाइल नंबरों का डेटा सुरक्षित रखा जाए. [27] [28] अदालत ने यह फैसला मोहित धवन नाम के एक डेंटिस्ट के दावा करने के बाद लिया कि भू-उपग्रह स्थान और कॉल डेटा रिकॉर्ड जैसी जानकारी गायब हो गई है। [29] [30]

मोहित धवन और राकेश अस्थाना से जुड़े मामले का नतीजा अभी भी प्रतीक्षित है और अदालतों के समक्ष लंबित है। [31] [32]
