मेरे विचार में इस लेख में सिविल इंजीनियरिंग लेख की सामग्री को विलय कर देना चाहिये। दोनों को देख के लगता है कि दोनों अंग्रेज़ी विकिपीडिया से अनूदित हैं। यह लेख मनुष्य द्वारा देख-भाल के अनुवाद किया गया है और वह लेख काफ़ी-कुछ मशीनी अनुवाद जैसा है। मेरे विचार में उस लेख में से जिस सामग्री का सर-पैर निकलता हो, उसे इसमें विलय कर देना चाहिये, और जिस सामग्री को समझा ना जा सके, उसे छोड़ देना चाहिये। बाद में लेख को धीरे-धीरे समय के साथ बढ़ाया जा सकता है (जो कि अनुवाद करने से बेहतर होगा)।--सिद्धार्थ घई (वार्ता) 15:11, 27 मई 2012 (UTC)
- I'd like to make a note here. The correct term for Civil Engineering in Hindi is 'जनपथ अभियांत्रिकी'। Now, I'm well aware of the innumerous debates we've had on this topic in past. I'd like to say that coming from an engineering institution in India, I know that students there are taught this Hindi term by their seniors and although even many government websites take the shortcut of writing 'सिविल' we can perhaps take the middle route of moving the title page to 'जनपथ अभियांत्रिकी' and redirecting everything else to this page so that users who search using the more common term also get to learn the correct one.
